QUESTION: I have a Wuersch Mantle Clock 108-2138 Watson Mantle that

Answer
Your movement looks like it was made by Hermle. Probably a 340-020 or 350-020 movement. There are probably some numbers I can read near the name on the back plate. On top of the balance wheel there are some prongs pressing down onto the top of the balance wheel. To adjust the timekeeping you hold the wheel with one hand and push one of the prongs toward the + sign to make it run faster or toward the - sign to slow it down. The + and- signs are stamped on the plate to the left and right sides of the balance wheel.
