Question
I have a Hermle 350-020 movement. I tried to fix it when it was striking one hour off (for example, clock struck 7pm when it was 8pm. I removed the hour hand to correct. Now, the clock strikes in-between the quarter hour. How can I reset it? I must have goofed up the works.

Thanks in advance. John

Answer
you needed only to MOVE the hour hand not remove it

not sure what in-betyween the quarter hours means-- the minute hand is pointing at 7 minutes after the hour when it strikes the hour?

if so the center collet with the square hole in it has moved in the minute hand use pliers to re join the two pieces tighter at the correct position
