Question
My clock stopoped and upon rewinding it does not chime the right hour. Have normally fixed by cycling the hands through 12 hours so it resets. This time it won"t. Any suggestions?

Answer
I would guess that you accidently moved the hour hand. Simply move the hour hand to whatever hour the clock strikes. Then move the minute hand until the hands point to the correct time. You can move them backward without damaging anything. If you move the minute hand forward, let it chime every 1/4 hour. Let me know if you have any questions or this does not correct your problem.
