Question
I have an Artco 8 day wall clock that I just adore. The round convex glass cover has broken and sometimes stops ticking (even after winding). How do I measure the glass cover? I took the glass out, and using a tape measure I think it is 6 1/8" Do I measure straight across or follow the convex shape? Not sure how to maintain either. Sometimes it sits for a while before winding up. Is there a special way to grease or oil spring or mechanics?

Hi Leslie, don't measure over the convex part of the glass. Measure flat across the back. I have convex glass on my website at:
