Clocks, Watches/Chime time off on wall clock

Question
We have chiming wall clock that we bought in Germany about 25 years ago. No identifying maker. It chimes on the hour and half hour the correct number of times but it is doing so at 7 after the hour and again at 37 after the hour.  I can't recall what I did to get it off track. Is there a way to adjust it so it chimes when the minute hand is at #6 and #12?  I can take off the nut that holds the hands and the minute hand comes off but the hour hand does not. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Answer
hour hand is just friction fit --pull and twist off--but you can leave that on.

the minute hand is the problem --the little center round collet with the square hole has moved in relation to the minute hand tip.- pliers and a little turning pressure till when put back on it points were you want it to.
