Question
QUESTION: I own a Harrington House Grandfather clock, but have lost the key (I kept it on top of the clock and fear my cleaning lady vacuumed it - I didn't notice right away, so now there is no way get it back.)  Is it possible to get a replacement key?  What information do I need to provide?

Thank you very much!
Christine

ANSWER: Hi Christine,
Is it the door key or the winding key?

QUESTION: Both keys.

Answer
The door key on the following link fits most grandfather clock doors:

The winding key is probably a size 7 but would not know unless you can tell me any markings stamped on the back of the movement.
If your clock is weight driven with cables holding the weights up, our crank key on that page should work.
