Clocks, Watches/German Grandfather Clock

The rod and screw holding the round weight is bent and so the clock isn't keeping correct time.

I think I need to replace the rod and screw, but I think the round weight is fine.

Markings indicate: German Emperor and these numbers 360353  and UW03015B.

Can you help me determine the part numbers or where I could find such parts?

Many thanks!

Sometimes when the treaded portion gets damaged the nut goes up behind the bob higher than it should be. The nut should be either under the bob or, if the nut has a flange above the thumb screw, the flange should be inside a slot on the back of the bob.
Is the clock fast or slow?
