|Comment||Thank you very much. That's exactly the sort of response I was hoping for. I just didn't want to take it in to be serviced if the problem was something I could handle myself. Now I can take it in and be confident I'm not wasting money. However, I suspect that this was a less expensive model when new and question how much money I should invest in getting it to work.
