Question
We have a clock repair man said chimes are broken.
He wants $1000.00 to order new chimes.
Do you thing that sounds Ok I think it sounds high.

Answer
I need more information if I'm going to answer that question. Is he really only going to change the chimes and not the clock movement?
Are we talking about chime rods or tubular chimes?
Please give me as much information as possible.
Thanks
Michael
