Question
I have a Lucerne 14kt rose gold 17 jewels watch with diamond? chips as digits, square face with 1 diamond? followed by 3 rubies? on each side. The band is a Forstner 10kt gold bracelet style with tongue and groove fold over clasp.  Can you assist in identifying name and age, estimated worth???  Thanks for your time.

Answer
I have never heard of  a Lucerne.  Look on the movement for the company that made it.  It may be a private label watch, meaning that the watch is made by one company and they put the name a second company on the dial so it can be sold by that second company.

If you get a serial number off the movement, you will be able to date the watch.

The estimated worth is may not be anything more than the gold value because it is not a watch in great demand.

Kind regards,

Melvin
