Clocks, Watches/Setting time

Question
I have a Grandmother clock that I bought built in 1984. I've got the clock to run and it chimes. It does run fast. I've adjusted the pendulum adjustment to the lowest point. The movement is a model 101 Hermale 94cc . The numbers are 451-050H. Is there a way to slow it down? Thanks

Answer
think I answered this - but--- the length of the total should be 37" from the suspension post on the back of the movement to the regulating nut under the disk--if this is a wood stick pendulum the rating threaded rod might have gotten screwed into the bottom of the stick too far , shortening the total.
