Question
I am interested in buying a pendulum clock. It looks like a normal regulator clock it says Made in England at the 6 o'clock location and the top tof the face reads" TEMPUS FUGIT" It has up to 15 minute chimes, Can you please tell me how old or valuable it could or the maker?

It has a wooden case with a wooden frame glass door.

THanks,

Ed

Answer
Ed:
Hard to tell much from your description. What is "a normal regulator clock"? Wall clock? weight driven? spring driven? 2 weights 3?  2 winders- or 3? What is "up to 15 minute chimes"? You mean it chimes like the Wesminster tune on the quarter hours? Do not recall any clocks with "Time Flies" on the dial as being either old or very valuable. Ken in AZ
