Hi!

I have the above clock. It had stopped running but I followed instructions to equalize the "tick tick" and its running fine. However it still chimes several minutes late for each quarter hour. I have tried adjusting the hour hand slightly but it doesn't help. I am pretty mechanically inclined and able to follow instructions.

Hi Bill,
    It sounds like the minute hand (not the hour hand) is out of adjustment on your clock. First, set the clock to 12:00 and line up the HOUR hand so that it is directly under the minute hand, both pointing exactly up to "12".
    Next, follow the directions for adjusting the minute hand bushing which are in my answer to "Rick - Ridgeway Clock", posted not too long ago. If this information isn't sufficient, feel free to contact me again, and I'll try to help.
