Clocks, Watches/Waltham Korean 31 day chime dual wind up

Question
My wall clock chimes when the minute hand is at 10 before and 20 after. The sequence is correct, one chime for the half hour and the correct number of chimes for the hour hand, it just starts the chime when the minute hand is 10 minutes before or 20 minutes after rather than at 12 and 6.
I confess, the wife wound it too tight a few months ago and it stopped ticking. I fiddled around with it and finally got it started but only after spinning some of the gears. Not sure what I might have done to advance the sequence 10 minutes.

Answer
unscrew the nut holding the minute hand on.The hand is in two pieces- the center round part that attaches to the rest of the long hand is loose- move it to the right alignment and put the hand back on the clock. It might need crimping with pliers if very loose.
