Question
I am in the process of restoring the movement an old Waterbury black mantle clock. The only markings: made in USA by Waterbury Company. Missing are the pendulum, hanger and the (adjustable?)part that supports the verge pinion on the front plate. By viewing pictures on Ebay of various (W) models, I have have figured out how to restore the pendulum etc on the back. But I am in the dark about what things supposed to look like on the front plate.Where can I get some pictures, drawings, a book etc. which would help me in my restoration project?
Thanks
Will

Answer
I have searched my information sources and have been unable to identify anything that would help you.  The closest I come was Tran Duy Ly's book, "WATERBURY CLOCKS", on pages 244 thru 247 he pictures a few movements.  Frankly I doubt they would be of any help to you.  However, if you wish, I could copy these pages for you.  I would need a self addressed, postage paid envelope to accomodate you.  Let me know, WJP

There would be 4 pages of materials.  When you get them, identify the movement form the copy sent, with that I might be able to get you some usefull diagrams.
