Clocks, Watches/clock chains

Question
While on vacation one of the chains ran down all the way, how do I get it back?

Answer
Charleen; the non-weight end of the chain needs to be grabbed and pulled. Perhaps a flashlight to look up under the dial for the end? Or a pair of pliars to grab the end or a hook made of wire to hook into one of the links? If the entire chain is in the bottom of the clock- that is another problem. Advise.
