Question
QUESTION: We recently bought a Pearl Grandfather clock, made in June 1982. Model #327-2130. Chain Driven Movement/ H-241/H-451/-461/H-1151/H-1161. My problem is we found that the Suspension Arm is missing.. I have tried to locate the company in Memphis, TN but can't get a number for them. I would like to find out where I can order a Suspension Arm and possibly a new penulum. If you could help I would really appreciate it. Thank You Larry

ANSWER: Your clock is actually a Hermle.  Which Hermle I don't know.  The string of numbers you provided, preceded by H are all Hermle.  Each is a significantly different movement, ranging from the very cheapest to moderate in price.  To pin this down I ask that you copy down and send me all the information stamped upon the movements backplate.  Once I have the requested information I can identify the specific movement and provide the part number for the missing item.  You should have no problem getting this part.  Regards WJP

I hope that this what you needed. It was everything stamped on the backplate. Thank you again for your help.

Answer
The information you have sent led me directly to your movement.  I have an exploded view plus parts list.  Please provided your e-mail address and I will send it along.  Send your address to my e-mail, <flashpowder@hotmail.com>  Use Hermle 451-050 as subject.  Regards WJP
