my westminster clock chimes the hour on the quarter hour...hour do I adjust this?

You don't tell me much about your clock so I can give you only a generic answer.  Remove the minute hand and replace it in a position 15 min back from the original position.  Hopefully this will take care of the problem.  If this information does not suffice, describe your clock to me and I can probably solve your problem.  Regards WJP
