It will be kindda hard giving you a full list (i'm not him after all nor do i know him).

George was only married once from 89 to 91 to an actress names talia balsam.

Before he dates Kelly Preston who is now John Travolta wife.
He also dated dedee Pfeiffer sister of Michelle Pfeiffer.
He dated a French law student(who is now working in showbiz in French) Celine Balitran for about 3 years from 96 till 99.
he was rumored to have been with Renée Zellweger & lucy liu (both relationships were never confirmed and are still considered to be nothing more then a rumor). Also dated actress Krista Allen in 2003.

Current girlfriend is Lisa Snowdon a British presenter; he dated her in 2001 for awhile, last year they got back together.

I'm sure there were other women in his life, George likes to keep his love life to himself but I wouldn't be surprised if there were more.
