Question
My 7 year old male cocker has been under the care of a dermatologist for almost 1 year for recurrent yeast on his face and staph infection on his feet.He is now on antifungal, antibiotic, and atopica. He is not any better.I'm at wits end. Is there something else I should be doing? Holistic maybe??

Answer
Has your boy had his thyroid checked?  That's the first thing a good Dermatologist would do.  Has he been put on Vit A therapy?
What topical approaches have been suggested?  What diet advice has been given?  What do you feed him?

Where on his face is the yeast?  What are you doing topically for his  paws?

If he has had his thyroid checked, where was the test sent to be done?
If this wasn't done you definitely need a new vet.

Health, nutrition, training. Please note: I used to highly recommend Innova products but, unfortunately, as with Canidae, they have sold out to Proctor & Gamble. This guarantees lower quality to a dangerous point so I will no longer be advising anyone to buy it.
