My dog continues to poop on my carpet. It seems from the quality it is just before I return home.  Also, she shakes like she is cold at times but it is not cold in my house.

I need a lot more information, Barbara.  

How long is she alone?
When does she shake?  Is there any pattern to it?
What are you feeding her and when?
How often is she walked?  How long?

Shaking can be anxiety or pain.  When was her last Wellness check?
Do you see any other signals she's not well?  Appetite?  Energy levels?  Any sudden behavioral changes?

Exercise is a primary need for dogs.  Without it there's a lot of boredom and pent up energy.  Not good.  So fill me in and let's see if we can solve this.
