my dog has the worst smell coming from pockets in his lips. He has had 2 operations and nothing helps. What can we do?? HE is the sweetest dog i know but has the worst smell.

I need more information.  What "operations" has he had?  This certainly sounds like a mouth infection.  If so, your vet should have advised you on brushing his teeth daily and given you some "doggy mouthwash" to help keep bacteria in check.
So write back and tell me what your vet has done - what the diagnosis was - and any products you're using.
