Cocker Spaniels/Seizure

Question
My dog had a seizure yesterday and I don't know what brought it on. About 4 years ago she had had a seizure as well. Since it's not a constant thing I doubt it's epilepsy but I'm no doctor. I was wondering though if other things can bring a seizure on such as maybe diet, lack of exercise or even other diseases because she was diagnosed with Anemia but thankfully she recovered from that.

Answer
You must take her to the vet.  At the minimum she should get a full Wellness checkup (bloodwork, etc) and a thyroid panel (just include it in the blood panel).

What are you feeding her?  Is she getting enough exercise (which would be two half-hour walks a day)?  When was the last time she had a full check-up?
