Question
How do I get rid of ringworm on my 3 year old American Cocker Spaniel. Vet Gave her Conofite lotion 1%.  Applied for 3 weeks ringworm getting bigger and no hair is growing back.

Answer
You need to go back to your vet right away.  It can take 2 to 4 weeks but if it's getting worse then this needs to be re-evaluated.

And be sure and wash your hands after petting the dog and after using this lotion.

Sometimes a fungal infection can require oral antibiotics as well as topical meds.

This is also usually acquired from infected soil so investigate where your dog is playing or digging.

If you do a keyword search "Canine Ringworm" you can read up on this.
