I was wanting to know how I could get my puppy back if the collar gets jerked off the leash hook.My puppy is 1 year old.We live near a roadway.I need to know how to get my puppy back if it gets off its leash and only has the collar on and the puppy is running around outside without a fence around it.Im needing to know how I can get my puppy back.Thanks!

There is NO way to get your puppy back.

The answer is to take the responsibility for not allowing the puppy to be in danger.

A proper collar will NOT jerk off.  Get a properly fitted collar - walk your puppy on leash and do NOT let it out alone.

No puppy can be let outside alone without a secure fenced in yard and if you do not have that - then you take it out on leash.
