Question
Hi,
I have 2 beautiful blue roan cocker spaniels.One is 7 and the other is 13 months.
Our baby has been in season 3 times already.
Once at 6mths, 9mths and again now. Our older dog
is only in season every 6 to 7 months. Are they just different or should I be concerned.

I have no breeding expertise so I'd suggest you ask Kathy.

I would say however, to talk to your vet about spaying your 7 year old since it's incredibly hard on them to go through endless heats and at her age she's also very susceptible to mammary cancer.

Unless you're a professional breeder I would wonder why you're doing this.
