He has a really red rash under his neck. What can I put on it his hair is coming out where the rash is? He has a few places on his belly,but its not as red

Answer
It sounds like
he has a skin infection so you have to take him to the vet.  

The vet will probably put him on an antibiotic..or possibly give you instructions on how to give him a medicated bath.

But please take him because this doesn't get better on its' own and can get a lot worse.
