Hi

I have a 9 month old pure breed cocker spaniel!  I am having trouble with her eating her own poop! Obviously if i see her in the garden having a dump i pick it up but sometimes she'll turn straight round and eat it within seconds!  Is she deficient in something?

I'd like to know what you're feeding her.  But it's a common problem and for the moment the only answer is vigilance.  She can get sick from doing this so walk her on leash and stick with her in the yard until she goes.  Praise and reward the minute she goes.
