Question
how much water should our male and female Crocker spaniel should drink in a day? and how can we train our male spaniel to not urine in the house he is like 7 months our female is much older and is spayed our young male is not yet neutered how old should it be that we can neutered him if we don't get aka female to mate with him how to stop him from humping her when they are away they are sad and stop eating what to do to get them back to eating

Answer
If they eat dry food, they'll drink more.  Wet (canned) food, they'll drink less since it has moisture in it.  They should be getting both.

Housebreaking:  Well, have you done the work to housebreak him?
If so, then I'd definitely take a urine sample in to your vet because he may well have a urinary tract infection.  Very common.

At 7 months your male should be neutered.  Do NOT even think about breeding him.

The rest of your question I don't understand.  Can you clarify?
When is it they stop eating?  When are they "away"?
