My dog was giving Life cereal on Wednesday by my daughter(very little) since that she has been pooping out of control and will throw up at least once a day. There is no blood in her stool,and when outside she seems fine, any advice

I took a look at the cereal ingredients and can't see anything that would upset her tummy for more than a short time.  Is she just pooping a lot or is it diarrhea?  And what is she throwing up?

Here's what to do:
Fast her for 6 to 8 hours (always letting her have water).
Make some plain scrambled egg - using no milk or oil or butter.
You can add some plain white rice.  Overcook it and use extra water.
The proportions are 4 scrambled eggs - 1 1/2 cups cooked white rice.  Mix well.  Do not serve cold.

After she's fasted - give her multiple small meals of the egg & white rice for a day or two.

If that doesn't settle her down, it's time for the vet.
