We have a cocker spaniel and when my husband or anyone other than me pets her she pees.  What can I do to help relieve this problem because my husband is getting upset and is at the point of "It's ME or the Dog".

I need to know how old she is and how long you've had her.  Is she exercised daily?  And what do you do when she does this?  Is she generally anxious or just if someone touches her?

For instance, a guest is in the house - is she fine unless petted?
