Question My cocker spaniel is 15 Ayers. old and has developed what my Vet labeled warts-he recommended over the counter warts RX.It causes a scab to form and my question is can I bathe her without aggravating the warts?
Answer Older dogs do develop harmless "lumps and bumps" but it's good you got your vet to take a look.
Yes, you can (and should) bathe her and it won't aggravate them. Just be gentle - no "scrubbing". Read the label on the bottle and see what is advised re bathing. May say to wait a certain amount of time.
