QUESTION: My puppy is 45 days old and I need to know the best way to feed him, so does dry food fulfill his needs or I need to add other types such as rice, beef and eggs.
one more question, I offer him dry food in half creame milk, he eats the milk and leave the dry ones, is this normal.

ANSWER: Your puppy at this age needs to be fed every few hours.  Please stop giving him cream or milk.  Only water..always there and changed daily.

What brand of food are you using?  Most dogs far prefer canned food.

QUESTION: My puppy eats 3 times a day and I don't keep water available except after eating, his toilet is very loose and turning brownish green.

Water MUST be available always.

Stop giving cream or milk - this may be the cause of his loose stool.
Diarreah is very, very serious in a puppy this age. If this has been going on for a few days, take him to the vet.

And definitely have fresh water always there.
