Cocker Spaniels/fear of water

Question
Hi, I have two cocker spaniel puppies of 8 months old.  We had them really well toilet trained (or at least we thought we did) Untill winter came along, and all of a sudden they wont go outside to the toilet. Both dogs are pooping and weeing inside.
They hate bathtime, puddles and wet ground when on walks, so Im thinking this is the reason...any tips?

Answer
I have one like that - hates to get his feet wet :)

All you can do is start again and "take" them out on leash - give your command - praise & reward.
You can't just hope they'll stop doing this so you do housebreaking all over again every few hours.
