Question I can't find a recipe in any of my books for a carmel apple martini. All the ones I try to put together for my wife come out too sour. I've got the carmel rim part down but the rest doesn't taste quite right. Any help?
Thanks
Answer Hello Ian,
Once I tell you how to do this Cocktail you're going to hit yourself and say "Why Didn't I think of that??".lol
The "Ratio" for a Carmel Apple Martini is 2:1.
2 Parts Apple Pucker
1 Part Butterscotch Schnapps
The Carmel rim is a nice touch, but it's a B&*%h to wash off! (My recipe doesn't really need it tho)
You can vary the "Ratio" to meet your wife's personal tastes.
See what I mean? It's a really easy Cocktail to make and very tasty.
You can Garnish this with a Marischino Cherry.
If you need any more help with this or any Alcohol related topics, try contacting me at:

That's my own website. You can get more info on "Ratio" and other drink tips there, or you can ask me questions directly. Check it out if you get a chance and put me in your favorites. There's also a Guest Book you can sign if you like.
Looking forward to hearing from you again,
Cheers,
