I can answer almost any Bartending question you may have. I've been Bartending for over 30 years in a variety of environments including fast-paced "Nite Club" tending as well as Fine Dining "Cocktail" tending. In that time I have been a Bartender,Manager, and an Owner.

I train new Bartenders,Barbacks, and Servers. I also train Tableside Wine Service. I am a Martini, Manhattan, and Old Fashioned expert. These are Cocktails that are essential for any Bartender to know how to make properly. I can assist in party planning for big and small parties. I also do a Bar Operations Consulting Service and can be contacted at my own website: I currently Bartend at Yono's/DP an American Brasserie at 25 Chapel Street in downtown Albany, NY.
