Question
My grandmother used to add a pinch of salt to coffee grounds before brewing. What do you think?
Some folks do drink their coffee with salt so I do not know if you grandmother got this practice from them. In small amount, if would actually enhance the coffee sweetness.
I think this boils down to personal preference and so not everyone would like salty coffee!:)
