I JUST BOUGHT A SILVER DOLLAR-1906 P.ELLIS ISLAND ON FRONT.
CAN YOU TELL ME THE WORTH OF THIS

I can only assume you meant to say 1986 for the date -- that is when these commemorative coins were issued.

Current value is about $10.00

If your coin truly has the date 1906, then it has either been altered or is a counterfeit coin -- no value.
