Question
i have a 1919 one penny with a roman man on front with sword(i think) with shield on it and on back is a head facing left and cant find one to see what it is  Please help...  also have a 1914 walking liberty quarter dollar with 13 stars on front...if you can help me i would appreciate it.. i have looked every where on net and cant find either one...thanks

Answer
Hi,
The penny is a British large cent.  They are worth very little as many were made and still exist.  Maybe it is worth $2.
The quarter is most likely dated 1919 or 1924 since no quarters of that design wre minted in 1914.  If the date is so badly worn, it is only worth about $3
