Question
I was wondering what the value of a 1921 E Pluribus Unum  silver dollar this has a lady's face with Liberty written in a wreath around her head.  The back has an Eagle with wings spread with In God We Trust US One dollar.

Thank you

Answer
Hi Dawn, this is a Morgan dollar (nicknamed after the designer) featuring Liberty and an American eagle. The mint mark letter, if any, is above the DO in DOLLAR. It may be a D (Denver), or S (San Francisco). No mint mark means it was minted in Philadelphia (most common). The 1921 issue was the last year of the design and more were minted that year than any other since the design was first used in 1878. Collector value depends on amounr of wear and amount of demand for it. It also contains .7736 of an ounce of silver.
