blue seal no * in or on certificate and doent say in god we trust in good condition

Hello Pat,    

Is this a One Dollar denomination?  
This note is not rare and are in fact plentiful in all  grades. Only after the grade is determined can you use a price guide, or can it be properly appraised.

The main Grades are FINE,  EXTRA FINE and CRISP UNCIRCULATED.
I saw in an older catalog it has a retail list of $2 in Very Fine condition, $3 for Extra fine and $11 in crisp Uncirculated condition.

In grades below "FINE" they are just a novelty and have a low premium.
