Coin and Paper Money Collecting/1941 mercury dime how much is it worth

Question
it is in excellent mint condition

Answer
The market divides up even the mint condition coins into sub grades.  Go to www.ebay.com and do a search for 1941 dime and you'll see several with different uncirculated grades, graded by third party grading services for sale.  Also an uncirculated coin with Full Bands (marked FB) on the reverse (fully struck in the bands) has a premium.  An MS60 1941 is in the $5 range; MS63 $7-8; MS64 $10 or so MS64 with FB, $16-18; MS65 $23-25; and finally MS65 with FB $40 or so.  MS66 and higher are worth more.  Hope this helped
