Question
I SPOKE TO YOU EARLIER AND LOOKING AT THE PENNY IT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A MISPRINT. ? CAN YOU HELP...?

Answer
Dear Ann. I explained in our first communication there was very little chance that the Cent in question wold have a D over D as a mint mark below the date, and I've already told you that your 1943D Steel Cent has little or no monetary value because it is not rare and not in particularly good condition. To have any value at all it would have to be "brand new" and shine like a new cent. What is it that you would like to know that I have not already told you? Regards. NSB.
