Sorry, Melanie, don't know what you are speaking of here.  The U.S. quarter made in 1973 was a Washington quarter; I don't know of any Liberty quarter.  The only possibility is that it is a commemorative.  If that's the case, go to www.ebay.com and do a search for 1983 commemorative set and see if someone is selling your set or your quarter (if it is a commemorative, there must be something commemorated on your quarter that you could search for too.  If ebay doesn't work to show you another item like yours being sold, do a similar search at wwww.ebay.com.  Thanks, Jim Lawniczak
