Question
How can i tell if the 1990 penny that i have is from Phililadelphia or San fransisco?  The penny that i have does not have the mint mark

Answer
Hi Karen,
I am guessing that the word PROOK is a misspelling and you meant PROOF.  The Proof should bear the S Mintmark, however some were minted without the mintmark.
I am current paying between $1,000 and $2,000 for 1990 No Mintmark Proof Cents.
