Question
I came across a 1993 penny that is domed from the head side out.the penny is flawless,no scratches or punch marks on it.Have you heard of anything like that?

Answer
Sorry, I don't know for sure what you mean by "domed," and I've never heard of this type of error.  Keep in mind that boys like to test things, so it sounds like someone may have pushed out one side.  I can't imagine how that could happen in the minting process.  You might try doing searches at www.ebay.com and www.google.com for domed cent or domed penny and see what comes up, Jim Lawniczak
