Coin and Paper Money Collecting/2000 Massachusetts Quarter

Question
Hello, I have never seen a 2000 Massachusetts quarter like this before. The State imprint(just the state) on the back shines in many different colors. It looks Hologram-ish, thats the closest comparison I can make. Please let me know if there are other state quarters like this one. Thank you for your time

Answer
Hello Kenny,

These coins were not made this way.  Yours must have been altered after leaving the  U.S> Mint.
This makes it a novelty item and not a collectable coin.
I have not seen one and do not know what company is doing it. I often see the colorized and enameled quarters in magazine ads.  I do not believe they will ever go up in value.
