Question
1. How do I get the new dollar coins minted in Denver without paying an amount over the current value? My bank only gets Philadelphia minted coins.
2. What is the First Spouse Coin and where would one get it?

Answer
The First Spouse coins were only minted in gold.  They were available from the US Mint.  However, now you must buy them on the secondary market such as eBay.
The only way to get D Mint presidential dollars is 1) go west of the Missippi.  2) find someone who wants to swap D Mint for P Mint coins  3) locate a relative or friend who can get them for you.
Those are really the only ways to get them without paying a premium over face value.
