QUESTION:  Thanks, can you tell me anything about the 1963 penny that sounds hollow when dropped and a 1982 penny that has the coloring of a dime or nickle, any value?

Answer
The 1982 penny could have been plated by someone after it left the mint.  Or it could be a penny that was struck on a dime blank.  There is no way of me knowing without seeing it.

As for the 1963 penny, there may be a bubble inside the copper.  It would have to be weighed.
