Question
I have a 1999 deleware quarter with a misprint. Both sides are facing upright, so that when you spin it one sides not up-side down like it should be.Do you know if this is worth anything?

If genuine, this could be worth a couple hundred dollars.

However, if it is an altered novelty coin, it has no collector value.

You need to have it examined first-hand by an expert to see what you have, and then perhaps have it submitted for certification.
